12 Days of Shakeology Shake Off

Starting next Monday, Dec. 10th, I will be hosting a very short challenge. It's called the 12 Days of Shakeology Shake Off. We will be finished with the challenge on Dec. 21!

It's designed for a few different people:

1. Anyone who wants to try Shakeology before committing to Home Direct.
2. Anyone wanting to hit the reset button.
3. Anyone wanting to shake off those extra few pounds from Thanksgiving.
4. Anyone wanting to give clean eating a shot for a short period of time.
5. Anyone who is just feeling kinda "blah" and needs a kick start to feel better.

Everyone in the Shake Off will be part of a closed Facebook Group for support and accountability. I will teach you the basics for clean eating and we will share recipes for family dinners and Shakeology!
