Q. What exactly IS this PiYo you speak of??? That's an easy answer!
A. Chalene Johnson took the very best Pilates and yoga-inspired moves and cranked up the speed to give you full throttle cardio, strength, and flexibility training—all at once. PiYo packs it ALL into each workout so you can build lean muscle mass—as you're burning crazy calories.
Q. How does PiYo work:
A. You'll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves, to burn fat as you redefine every single muscle. No weights. No jumps. Just hardcore results.
Q. What kind of results can I expect from PiYo?
A. Problem areas become no problem. You'll get sleek, long arms, sexy, flat abs, a tight, lifted butt, and the confidence that comes from knowing you're at your best!

A. PiYo is a 60 day program and the workouts run from 25 - 45 minutes.

A. AHHHHH - Chalene Johnson is the trainer behind PiYo. She is an AMAZING motivator and all around good person! I lost 43 pounds with her weight lifting series, ChaLEAN Extreme, in just 90 days. I am SO excited to have a new CJ workout!!! She is my girl crush! Yup1 I just went there!
Q. When will this PiYo be released?
A. In June 2014 at the Beachbody Summit. That puts the release sometime between June 19 and 21. WOOT WOOT!!!
