Does your morning coffee come with 70+ all natural, whole foods? What about prebiotics and probiotics? What about some protein and fiber to keep you full longer?
Shakeology has all of that and more :)
So - here's your recipe. Its REALLY hard, so write it down!
Ingredients:
1 scoop/pack chocolate Shakeology
8 ozs cold coffee
4 ozs unsweetened almond milk
Ice to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and BLEND!
Told ya it was hard ;) If you find that you don't like the texture, add more or less ice first. If that doesn't work, try blend all of your ingredients BEFORE adding your Shakeology. That seems to change the consistency quite a bit!
