Ok ok - you want the recipe - it's an easy one!
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
- 2 scoops Results & Recovery Formula
- 8-12 oz COLD water
- ice to taste
Directions:
- Add water to blender.
- Scoop in Shakeology and R&R.
- Add ice.
- Blend.
- Try not to get brain freeze as you enjoy your post-workout drink!
Seriously - this is a great little drink that is a wonderful mix of strawberries and oranges. My own little, healthy, Strawberry Dreamsicle!
