I found this one and I think it will be amazing with some steamed broccoli and brown rice!
Ingredients:

Meatballs:
- 2 lbs of lean ground turkey (preferably turkey breast)
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple in 100% juice, drained
- 1 cup green onions
- 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp ground ginger
Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups reduced-sodium, low-fat chicken broth
- 2/3 cup chili sauce
- 6 Tbsp rice vinegar (1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp)
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine meatball ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Shape meatballs and place on the cookie sheet. Make sure they are spaced far enough apart that they do not touch.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until completely cooked.
- Transfer the meatballs to a serving dish and cover to keep warm.
- While the meatballs are cooking, combine the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Stir until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
- Place saucepan over medium heat and stir occasionally until the mixture is boiling.
- Reduce heat to low and stir for another minute or until the sauce thickens.
- Pour hot sauce over the meatballs and gently toss to coat meatballs.
- Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer OR over a serving of brown rice for dinner!
