Seriously - this was amazing! The texture was a bit different because the vegan shakeology recipes use brown rice protein instead of whey protein. But it wasn't a BAD different - just different. I want to use all of my Tropical Strawberry packets RIGHT NOW but probably shouldn't ;)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 scoop tropical strawberry shakeology
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries*
- 1/2 cup frozen mango*
*make sure all your frozen fruit is just that FRUIT! You don't want any added sugar. The only ingredient should be "frozen strawberries" or "frozen mangos" - nothing else!
Throw it all into the magic bullet (or blender), blend until smooth, and enjoy! If you like a thinner consistency (one you can drink) then use less ice. If you like a thicker shake, use more ice! YUM!
